Pierre Waridel and Michelle Cossette have been established in Mont Saint-Grégoire since 1980. The former dairy farm was transformed into a sheep farm in 2003 and specializes in lamb meat production.

Our breeding of Dorset and Suffolk lambs guarantees gourmet quality, delicately flavored and exquisitely tender meat.

We are located at only 30 minutes away from the Champlain Bridge. Take autoroute 10, exit 37 (Mont Saint-Grégoire) and then route 227 south.
